Wer mir nicht auf Instagram folgt verpasst gerade die Aktion »Meet The Maker« die dort von einigen selbstständigen Unternehmern und Freiberuflern ausgeführt wird. Wie es der Titel schon sagt soll es dazu dienen die Menschen hinter der Arbeit ein bisschen besser kennenzulernen, aber natürlich auch die Arbeit an sich. Da mir die Idee gefallen hat und ich selbst gerne handgemachtes einkaufe, habe ich mich der Aktion angeschlossen. Wer möchte darf gerne dort vorbeischauen, kommentieren (oder auch nicht ;) ) und wen die englische Sprache abhält, für den erzähle ich es auch gerne nochmal in heimatlichem Deutsch.

As the name already implicates small businesses from all around the world tell their story of what they do, who the person behind it all is and how they came to do what they do. It’s also about used materials and tools and a lot of other things. We are into day 7 so far and as you can see above I sometimes combine two days if I missed out the day before. The Challenge is a great way to meet your designer or artist from a new perspective.
